In 2015 we will provide our signature 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified training, providing you the opportunity to join a committed group of individuals eager to strengthen their yoga practice & transform their lives.  An environment of extraordinary standards, this training will equip you with a solid foundation of yoga expertise in asana, pranayama, anatomy, meditation, yogic philosophy and principles, posture sequencing & more.

You will be expected to be committed and thorough throughout the training and your reward is the certainty that  you are meeting your highest aspiration and goal of who you are capable of being.

Atlanta Hot Yoga is committed to clear, consistent standards to ensure our trainees have the ability to teach with the highest levels of skill while honoring their unique voice. The course curriculum includes detailed exploration of AHY Methodology, Philosophy, Anatomy, Sequencing, Hands On Assisting, and Practice Teaching. Level One Training is a powerful introductory training that will set the stage for great teaching, deeper learning and will build the foundation for on-going education in the Baptiste system. Each training will build on each other and will give trainees the mentoring, depth and skills necessary to develop into seasoned, high impact teachers.

Who Should Attend Teacher Training?

Anyone.  At any level of yoga experience, this training is for those who seek a greater understanding of yoga  and its multi-dimensional qualities of mind - body - spirit balance, mental training, deeper spiritual connection and the life skills needed for continued personal and professional growth and enrichment. Participants with as little as three months and as many as thirty years experience have found our 200HR Teacher Training to be enlightening and transformative.

DATES & TIMES: 

coming soon…..During the course, students are required to attend a minimum of three yoga classes weekly.  An Unlimited AHY Membership is included in the tuition. 

TUITON: $2195

APPLY: 

Admission is a 2 step process:

1) Please complete and submit the required application  AHY TEACHER TRAINING APPLICATION (500) 2012-13 with the $500 installment, which may be purchased via our website (click on teacher training deposit as your payment option).

2) Upon submission of application you are required to attend a class & interview with a designated AHY Certified Teacher Training Facilitator.

(book purchases are the responsibility of the student and are not included in the tuition).

AHY Teacher Training will take place at our studios, located in Buckhead at 2140 Peachtree Road, Suite 230 (30319) and Vinings at 2355 Cumberland Parkway.

  1. I would like to apply n register for the 2012/2013 AHY 200 hr Teacher Training course. I didn’t see where on the site the application was located. Can you please email it to me? When is the tuition due? I do look forward to finally getting my certification. I’ve wanted to do this for a long time and it is finally time:)
