Dave’s inspiration for the book is a 111-year old friend who shared her tips for living an inspiring, joy-infused life.  Dave will share this wisdom with us during a fun, challenging yoga class from 7:00 - 8:15PM, followed by a chocolate-wine filled discussion and book signing gathering with the AHY community.
